JetBrains Intellij IDEA Connection failed (Broken pipe).

Hi there,

I would like to understand why the IDE connection was broken even after adding all the needed folders to the scan exclusions.



MacOS version 14.1.2.

McAfee Total Protection version

I have added all the folders to the exclusions https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544519-Directories-used-by-the-IDE-to-st...



I tried everything to solve this issue. For example, I deleted then reinstalled IDE. I have to delete McAfee to login to JetBrains account and activate the product on MacOS.

I'm just wasting my time because I don't get answers to my questions. There's a useless and ineffective customer service; they never provide answers to anything, always suggesting to reinstall the application.
