How do i remove mcafee nternet security on mac?

i want to remove this little thingy off my menu bar..my mac isnt at risk i have malwarebytes and cleared off everything and i cant open mcafee preferences. i took a screenshot i dont know if you can see it..how can i remove this?

May I ask if you have the Malwarebytes (Pro) Version installed. As it can and will cause conflicts, due to the (RTS) module. Even though Malwarebytes is designed to be compatible to all Anti-Virus Applications,,(Free Version)

What is invisible to all of us now is if any of these people hide code behind their user name.

That has happened in the past.   When Mods had access they could monitor things like that and take care of it immediately.
