I have been using the Mcafee since September/17, but recently, after I had updated to version 4.1.2, it is not working anymore.
I alread installed again but the same problem has been happening.
1. This window has opened after install.
At this time, I can access the menu and open the about screen.
Then I clicked on Continue button.
After it has terminated, I clicked on "Let's go" blue button, So I have the error bellow.
The icon on mac menu is telling that my mac is protected, but if I trying to open the console, then the same error is occurring again.

Please turn off the computer completely and turn it ON back.
Let the computer idle for 5-10 mins and then try open McAfee from Applications.
Please update us with the status.

I tried this and the same problem happened.
I already called to Brazil support and until now I’ve talked with support nivel 1 and nivel 2 without success. I’m waiting for return of them.
