I'm pleased to read that the issue has finally been fixed.

When I switched on and updated LiveSafe, ProductUpdater downloaded 75 megs of data and version 4.1.2 was installed. Is this sufficient or do I still need to manually uninstall and reinstall?

Hi Spike,

Kindly check from your end whether Real time scan is on and working fine. Try restart your machine and check for the same and update us.
