How do I know if my scheduled scan is running or did in fact run?

I see no indication that my scheduled system scan ever ran. In my history log, I see the Real-Time Scan event at approximately one minute before my scheduled scan and then one minute after. But no mention of my scheduled scan started or completed.

Hello @clararosa94 ,

Sorry about the inconvenience caused in order for the schedule scan to run the machine has to be turned on and has to be left idle for few minutes before scan time.

Hello @clararosa94

The scheduled scan on mac does not have a specific UI and you can check this only from activity monitor .If you do not see it under history, it could be a reason that the scan might not started as your machine was not left idle before start time. For further information kindly check the article given below.
