cannot verify my mobile phone number in new phone and old phone

HI support,

I bought Mcafee Mobile secuirty - on my smartphone for android for 1-year subscription last few months but Now I cannot use it on my new and old mobile phone.

I added both new and old mobile phone to my Mcafee customer website and downloaded into my mobile via email to both my new and old mobile phone.

after installed and launch Mcafee on my both new and old mobile, it won't verify my mobile number.     I have spent 2 days go search any solutions in your website. But not yet success resolve my problem.

My location in Hong Kong.  New mobile phone is AKAI N8800 smartphone. And old mobile phone is Samsung Galaxy Note1.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Actually I had this in December when I added Mobile security to my Phone. Support fixed it up for me.
