Tracker Remover ADDS to Temporary Files

Tracker remover does NOT remove my temporary files. It ADDS to them. I'm up to 673. I tried calling the customer service line, and the person asked to take control of my laptop remotely. I mean really. I need a real solution from McAfee. What am I paying for?

McAfee is aware of this issue and investigating this to provide a solution at the earliest. We will keep you posted once we receive further infomation on this.

I contacted Mcafee in regards to this issue. 

Until their software engineers can fix the program, those files can be removed manually by:

Right click windows icon at bottom left of screen

Hit Run

Type:  %temp%  in display box. Hit ok.

Delete all files displayed on the temporary file screen

Empty recycle bin

Worked for me. Ran McAfee Tracker Removal.  All temporary files were gone

Fine having a temp fix (forgive the pun!) - but what are we paying for here? I still have this problem and it is 14th OCTOBER - 8 months later 😞
