Hello McAfee Support,
So I subscribe to the McAfee package/subscription for 1 year to unlimited devices. I have already set up some devices, and some are failed because of "Something went wrong, make sure you're connected to the internet. Then head back to the previous page"
I already change the wi-fi multiple times to different network, and still get an error message. I already try the internet connection to open browser or apps, it works no problem.
I also did some uninstall/delete to folder :c // programfiles(x86) // mcafee folder and then try to install it again with the link subscription but it gives the same error message because of the internet connection. (my subscription is under email : **personal information omitted**)

OS version is Windows 10, build version 19043.1237.
McAfee subscription is McAfee Total Protection, for unlimited devices.

I have the problem and it never happened before. We purchased McAfee Livesafe with unlimited license. I sent the link to install to another laptop. But when I open the link it says "Something went wrong. Make sure you're connected to the internet. Then head back to the previous page"
It is the same with other laptop. I can't find solution on the web.
