Refund request

I was not aware that auto-renew was active for my LiveSafe subscription as I received emails stating that my subscription could not be renewed/billed.

I instead took a new subscription for Total Protection as I no longer wish to make use of LiveSafe.

Please reverse and refund the charges on CS2919980412.
