Moving devices between LiveSafe subscriptions

Jump to solution

I currently have 2 McAfee subscriptions

One subscription started in 2019
McAfee LiveSafe (3 devices) Via Hewlet Packard Consumer 30 day
Registration Date 2019-07-14
Currently scheduled to auto-renew 2022-06-15

Currently associated with
1 active PC (Laptop-9N2MS3KB)
2 inactive PCs (DESKTOP-STN0E2S, ABSDESKTOP)
Those are actually 2 different named for the same computer, now in storage.
That PC hasn't been connected or updated since May, 2021

One subscription started with a new machine in May 2021
McAfee LiveSafe (1 device) via Dell XPS, expires 2022-05-28

Currently associated with
1 active PC (ABSDELLDESKTOP)

The inactive PCs are 2 names for the same machine, which is no longer in use, and is currently in storage.

-- I'd like to remove the 2 inactive PCs from McAfee LiveSafe (3 Devices) via Hewlet Packard

-- I'd like to leave Laptop-9N2MS3KB on McAfee LiveSafe (3 Devices) via Hewlet Packard

-- I'd like to move the ABSDELLDESKTOP over to McAfee LiveSafe (3 Devices) via Hewlet Packard

I'd like to continue the McAfee LiveSave (3 Devices) subscription that will auto-renew in June, covering 2 devices.
I'll let the other subscription lapse.

How do I achieve my goals?
