The article and support mechanism is useless. I'm just trying to open any file from Google Drive (synced on my laptop), it throws this error message and does not allow to open any file.  If I stop real time scan, then also file gets opened from Google Drive. If I copy the same file on desktop or local harddisk, it opens perfectly ok.


Please understand the issue and extend support on my ticket.
