I have Livesafe operating on two PCs, both of which are running the latest Windows 10 Creators edition (and both just updated with latest Windows updates this week).
My issue is that they are are running very different versions of Livesafe that look completely different.
The versions are (in order PCA and PCB)
Security centre
(A) 17.0.126 : (B) 14.0.9052
VirusScan
(A) 21.0.126
Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware
(B) 18.0.9019
Personal Firewall
(A) 18.0.112 : (B) 15.0.9009
WebAdvisor
(A) 4.0.7.183 : (B) 4.0.7.163
Anti-Spam
(A) 18.0.119 : (B) 15.0.9020
Parental Controls
(A) 19.0.117 : (B) 16.0.9007
QuickClean and Shredder
(A) 17.0.121 : (B)14.0.9014
Vulnerability Scanner
(A) 7.0.112 : (B) 4.0.9022
All components on PCA show a last update on 12/04/2018 except WebAdvisor (25/03/2018). This seems probably about right.
All components on PCB show a last update date of 26/10/2016 with the exception of Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware (13/04/2018) and WebAdvisor (29/01/2018). This looks to be completely out of date.
Can someone please advise what is going on, and how do I fix this?

Update.
I was advised to perform an uninstall/reinstall which seems to have downloaded the latest versions of Livesafe.
However, there are consequent issues that I am investigating and this may result in a new post.
