LiveSafe version 7 update - cannot log in to app

Hi

I got a message to update LiveSafe to version 7 of the mobile app for upgraded protection. After updating, I cannot open the app. The loading icon (the circle spinning thing) just keeps spinning and nothing happens. This has been going on for more than 45 minutes.

Please uninstall and re-install the application from the play store and check the issue status. If issue persist please share us the screen shot of the page displayed.
