LiveSafe not updating

My LiveSafe will not update. If I try to update manually, I am told I am not connected to a network as I am not now apparently. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. Note PC has full interent access as everything works.

The problem I am having is that when I manually update, Livesafe says I am offline which of course I am not. I have reinstalled the software twice and the problem persists. There is also data missing from the AM Content folder in Common files/McAfee. What is going on and am I still being protected? As you can see from my screen shot, my engine version is 0.5
