Deleting Quarantined Items (McAfee LiveSafe)

Hello McAfee Community,

I recently had discovered a trojan horse on my windows 10 alienware laptop located in Opera GX files, VIA full virus scan. I had went to the quarantined item section to delete the Trojan but I saw that there was no option to delete it. I do not understand if it is already deleted, needs admin access (I'm not the admin) or if there is a way to delete it and I don't know how. Please help me remove it from quarantine.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try updating the McAfee app and initiate a full scan. check and let us know the engine version and the McAfee version installed. To know the version installed click on the settings menu on the top right of the console>>Select "About" and you could see the version of the app. It would be helpful if you can share a screenshot of the about screen

The software is up to date and I had ran a full scan. The version is 16.0. Screenshot included in attached file.
