Continually quarantining a file

Jump to solution

I have installed an update to some software today, and every time I try to use it an .xla file is quarantined.

I have restored the file, but when I try to use the software the file is quarantined again.

This is vital software that I and my employees use all day, every day in my business.

How do I get McAfee to trust this file?
