Concerned about McAfee Live Safe showing Unprotected device +1

Hello, my Mcafee sometimes shows that 1 more device should be protected. I have my phone and my HomePC also protected with McAfee as shown in the picture.

It doesn't always occur but sometimes also looks like the second picture attached, which would be okay. Do I have to assume I got hacked like one member who posted that s/he got hacked? (https://community.mcafee.com/t5/LiveSafe/Unprotected-devices-on-network/m-p/494915#M1136)

The article here https://community.mcafee.com/t5/LiveSafe/Unprotected-devices-on-network/m-p/494915#M1136 is not related to my problem.

The notices from McAfee look like the pictures attached.

Am I being hacked? Please help.

I have such a link option to download McAfee for these 4 (in my case) phones and PCs. I ignore the message as cannot see the names. Also yes the next time I open McAfee no unprotected list is there.
