Hi, I have just been billed for another year via auto-renewal. I never agreed to this and would not have switched this creative idea on if I had known about it upon my initial purchase.
Please can I now ask for a refund and let me know once completed.

I have to click into this field, even though I have registered, I can't seem to post a question or complaint.
I cancelled this auto renewal subscription and requested a refund and this company's website didn't recognise or acknowledge my refund request.
I do not want to renew this service and I want an immediate refund please.
