Analysis doesn't finish

Hello, (English is not my first language and I don't have the program in English, so I'll try my best)

I'm trying to scan my computer for viruses but it turns out the analysis doesn't finish at all. I didn't press any button or anything that could finish it. It happen a few times already and I don't know why because sometimes it finishes and sometimes it doesn't. 

It just says: "Analysis stopped. No response from analyzers". I look in the history of the app so I can see the Analysis and why it stopped but the analysis doesn't appear like it never existed. 

I already try to update the Livesafe but it didn't find any updates. I'm using a MacBook with Monterey.

Please let us know the below details to ascertain the issue

  1. Is error message pop-up on a particular file or percentage during every scan?
  2. Is error pop-up during the start or mid of scan?
  3. What are the McAfee processes running during the scan?
  4. Reinstall the McAfee
  5. Please do the custom scan and check 
  6. If any external drive plugged in, eject the external drive and try running the scan
  7. Kindly check if sleep mode is disabled while running scan

Kindly update us the outcome with the McAfee version and Mac OS details.
