codice problema 0

Avevo McAfee Livesafe installato e funzionante su entrambi i miei notebook. Purtroppo, su quello con Windows 7, ho dovuto reinstallare il s.o. resettando l'intera partizione dove erano installati tutti i programmi. Adesso, durante l'installazione, mentre viene eseguito il controllo del dispositivo, si blocca con codice problema 0. Ho provato tutti i suggerimenti, ma senza esito. Addirittura il pre install tool mi dà un errore su uno script, quando si avvia. Così poi rimane in loop e non fa nessun controllo. Non so più che fare, aiuto!

Hi Sir, thanks a lot for your reply. I've already tried but:

- solution 1 doesn't go on, it doesn't work...

- solution 2: when I start the pre install tool, I get a 'script error' and the tool goes into a loop, so that it doesn't check the system.

- solution 3: mvt.exe is not available, now.

- solution 4: already tried many times...

- solution 5 is not applicable.

Last update: problem solved after a strong update of the o. s. (Windows 7).

Now the software is running perfectly.
