McAfee - ADAPTIVE THREAT PROTECTION - Problems with Qlik Sense

I read in the QLIK community that is necessary to turn off the ADAPTIVE THREAT PROTECTION,
if not connectors and ODBC does not work in Qlik Sense

PLEASE HELP ME, how to rurn off ADAPTIVE THREAT PROTECTION ??

Dear Customer,

To turn off the Adaptive Threat Protection (RTS- Real Time Scanner) this are the steps:

-Open the Security Center of your McAfee

-Click on PC Security

-Click on the green led of RTS (real time scanner)

-Switch off

Is there any way to just get the Qlik Sense connectors working without turning off the entire real-time scanning? For example set up the relevant files in the Excluded Files area of RTS.

You can set up on the Excluded Files of RTS all the .exe files that you need to use without RTS filter.
