Did you unlock them first? They wont go if they are still encrypted.

They took the Total protection off and put it back but the vaults are still there. What pne # can I call?
You need to call them back and reopen the case, asking for escalation. Quote them the ticket number.
It was done on the computer. Don't have a phone number.

Just got finished for today with tech. He had no luck. Someone has to call tomorrow

The 1 on the C Drive, nothing. The 1 in the recycle bin says that it cannot delete dc10
