Confirm Email Code Issue

Have setup an account and want to add other emails to the identity monitoring. I follow the instructions until I get to adding the code. I have redone this many times however I keep getting the code is wrong as below.

I have rechecked the code used many times and requesting a new code sent I get the same error. Any ideas?
