massiv troubles with CPU usage of Total Protection Suite / Uninstall / Refund?

Hi there,

after exactely 3 months of usage of the total protection suite (acquired it at the 18th of December last year) total the mcafee management host continuously used 97-99% of the CPU and so no other work is possible at my computer (with 16GB RAM, SSD ...). After several attempts of restart and after this 2 times of uninstall and reinstall (following the support notice TS100119) I decided to get along without your software and activated windows defender on my windows 10 installation. This runs smoothly now.

Do you see a upcoming patch that resolves the issue shown above (as I found a lot of entries with the same problem description I interpret that this is a common problem currently at windows 10 installations)?

If not I expact a common procedure the get a refund for the remaining 3/4 of the paid service intervall.
