ist javatcmdhelper ein virus ?

Hallo.

Ich habe ein Motorola Moto G5 und der MCAfee Virenscanner LifeSafe hat heute eine neue Bedrohung gefunden.

Es handelt sich um die App javatcmdhelper. Das ist eine nicht entfernbare Systemapp, die ich mit dem Virenscanner nicht runter bekomme. Ggf. stammt sie von Motorola selber.

Ist das ein Fehlalarm oder ein Virus ?

Hallo Jörg,

seit Dienstag habe ich das Problem ebenfalls. McAffee Mobile Security meldet die Datei javaTcmdHelper als Bedrohung. Ich habe auch ein Moto G5.

Hast Du schon eine Lösung erhalten?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mein Smartphone Moto G5neu aufgesetzt, d.h. Werkszustand wiederhergestellt und SD Karte gelöscht.

Dann habe ich Mc Afee neu installiert. Ein Virenscan fand nichts mehr.

Danach habe ich meine ganzen Apps wieder installiert. Allles ok.

Einen Screenshot der Bedrohung habe ich nicht gemacht. Kann sein dass es ein Virus war ggf. auch ein Fehlalarm.

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information.
