confused costumer

hello everybody,

i can not reach my account because it is unavailable, and so i can not turn off the auto renewal, a year ago mcafee renewed my membership for nearly 20 000 HUF, instead of 7 000 HUF, the original prize for a year

 

i do not want these membership, what can i do?
