Webadvisor is inactive?

Hello guys,

 

Webadvisor is already installed, but the icon is still grey.

In the Total Protection App on Windows  10 Pro the status of the web protection is still inactive also.

 

What I can do???

Greeting from McAfee,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We request you to kindly remove Mcafee WebAdvisor then uninstall McAfee, restarted the computer install McAfee again and enable web protection from the McAfee app. It'll start to work fine.
