True Key am PC nicht funktionsfähig (True Key nur offline)

Sobald ich im TrueKey einen  neuen Account speichern möchte kommt nach ANmeldung mit dem Masterpasswort immer "Beim Verbinden mit TrueKey Servern scheint ein Problem aufgetreten zu sein"

Folge: True Key auf PC derzeit nur Offline nutzbar.
(Alle anderen Onlinezugriffe funktionieren - also kein Netzproblem)

Mehrfach wurde Addin auf Chrome und Edge neu installiert.
Auf Android ist alles i.O.

Hallo zusammen, nach mehr als 1,5 Monaten mal eine Nachfrage:
Wie lange wird noch an diesem Problem gearbeitet, bis es gelöst wird.
Ich kann nach wie vor True Key nur auf Android nutzen !

Kann eigentlich nicht sein, dass ein so zentrales - bekanntes - Problem so lange ungelöst bleibt!

Hallo zusammen,

irgendwann im Lauf des Jahres hat das dann auch wieder funktioniert - leider hier keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Wo ist der Support ?

 

==> Jetzt geht das Ganze wieder von vorne los:
TrueKey über Browser ist wieder down - es können keine Passörter synchronisiert werden (getestet an mehreren PC - auch nach Neuinstallation)

Wann schafft es McAfee endlich, dieses Tool vernünftig zu betreiben ??

  • Safe Connect VPN:  You will receive free, unlimited access to our VPN wireless on supported devices. Users not on auto-renewal have access to 500 MB/month of bandwidth.

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information. 
  • Your subscription is subject to our License Agreement and Privacy Notice. Product features may be added, changed or removed during the subscription term. Some features may require registration and a valid ID number to activate. See System Requirements for additional information.
  • While McAfee Identity Monitoring Service provides you tools and resources to protect yourself from identity theft, no identity can be completely secure.
