For over a week now, My vpn has been down. 4 days ago a tech left su open on my computer and now i can't use it. 7 times, SEVEN, i have been outright lied to that a supervisor was going to call ranging from 1 hour to to days. NOT ONCE have I recvd a call, text, or email that backed up ANYTHING i was told. T he computer in question was two weeks old.S,o, my question? What is seriously going on here? When a "security" company is in the habit of repeatedly lying to it customers, after its screwed up their new computer, what is one to do? the product is good. Great in fact. But accountability, humility, humbleness, integrity, honour, honesty? Anyone else experiencing this,........, debacle?
