Re: subscription MCAFEE TOTAL PROTECTION 2010

Try making Internet Explorer your  default browser if not already and also advise what version of IE it is  (Help-About).

Also post what kind of connection to the internet you are using.

If  it is IE6 got to Tools/Internet Options

Under the Security tab make sure all  zones are set to default, unfer the Advanced tab also defualt, click  Apoply and OK.

If  IE7 or 8 go to the Advanced tab and click Reset, click Apply and OK.   Close and reopen IE and go to Tools/Add-ons and re-enable the add-ons.

See if that  helps.

Re: subscription MCAFEE TOTAL PROTECTION 2010

Go to IE8 Tools/Internet Options/Programs and click the Default button (as in pic) then Apply and OK.

If that doesn't work at least try the Reset option I mentioned and then close it and try again with the subscription.
