We are now not new user of mcafee , we bought the new version of 2010 and when we run the ''McAfee Virtual Technician '' , it said : xed :DAT out of date and wee cant download the new updates cause it said we are not subscribe...but we bought the Mcaffe TOTAL PROTECTION 2010 , we got the CD KEY , the CD , we install it ...but i keep sayin we arent subscribe...What should i do ? cause we canont get the new update

Also post what kind of connection to the internet you are using.
If it is IE6 got to Tools/Internet Options
Under the Security tab make sure all zones are set to default, unfer the Advanced tab also defualt, click Apoply and OK.
If IE7 or 8 go to the Advanced tab and click Reset, click Apply and OK. Close and reopen IE and go to Tools/Add-ons and re-enable the add-ons.
See if that helps.
Did you have the2009 version of mcafee installed?Or are you trying to load it in safe mode?

but i cant make my default browser at iE... i have MOZILA FIREFOX
Go to IE8 Tools/Internet Options/Programs and click the Default button (as in pic) then Apply and OK.
If that doesn't work at least try the Reset option I mentioned and then close it and try again with the subscription.
