Buenas tardes, he intentado comunicarme con el servicio al cliente y es imposible, necesito que realicen el reembolso de un producto de antivirus mcafee el cual presentaba renovación automática no incluida, ya esto se soluciono, pero necesito que me solucionen el reembolso del antivirus, por favor.
