First of all I have removed the email portion of your user name for your own safety and privacy. You will have to log in using bmatchbox as your user name now.
Uninstall anything McAfee listed in Control Panel > Programs
Run the MCPR cleanup tool to remove remnants and reboot.
Go to your online account, log in and re-download the software.
