Wrong credit card charged for second year in a row

I just had my account auto-renew and it went to a credit card I do not use anymore but which is still active. This happened last year and I went in and verified that the credit card on my account was indeed the one I wanted to be charged, and it was, so I thought it was a fluke. Happened again this year. I am not clear how this card is being charged as all of my payment on my account shows the correct one. I have tried contacting support through Facebook (no response), called your "24 x 7" number and waited for 25 minutes with nothing until I gave up, so am now trying this.
