What is your operating system and is it totally up to date, including Internet Explorer, even if you never use it?
Has any other security software been totally removed?
Did you try using the McAfee Virtual Technician as that window suggests? Did it fix anything?

By the way, if by "it8" you mean IE8 then no wonder it wont install.
You must have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and IE11.
