Why SECURITY HISTORY of the McAfee doesn't work?

Why Security History of the McAfee firewall doesn't work? It doesn't show anything anymore, no web traffic, no ips which supposedly tried to conncet to my device (through ports "xyz"), there is no even info. about system/files scans performed by me - nothing. Once there were plenty records there.

First I noticed this some time ago, when I had to reinstall the McAfee AV few months ago. I downloaded what was back then the latest version of Total Protection from your website (through my account), but after installation the Security History didn't work at all. I tried to install the whole thing few times - notihng did help. Fortunately I also had saved older version of the Total Protection installation file - from time when I bought the license (summer 2022 in this case). When I installed AV from this file, the program was updated to the latest version and security history worked properly - recorded everytihng.

Recently I bought next license of McAfee Total Protection, I downloaded new installation file, installed it and... the security history doesn't work again! 😕 Really I didn't expect this will happen again. 😕
This time I do not have older verison of the instalation file.
Firewall's Security History is very important part of the Total Protection, it should work and be present. What can be done about it?
Please help.

I'm using McAfee TP, 16.0 (16.0 R52) and Windows 10 (everything up to date).

Thank you for the reply.

I tried later and in fact also in this case I was able to install the McAfee with the older installation file (once downloaded from the McAfee site), I just had to type the proper license code during the installation - now the security history works.

However I have to ask about one more, related thing. Is McAfee protection, installed with the help of one year old installation file - of course after installation quickly updated to the latest version (all "modules" look for updated) - will work properly? Is it safe? At 1st glance everything look fine (and, as I said, the security history works this way).
After all, if I hadn't uninstalled McAfee previously, it would have been updated in similar way IMHO.
