Wanting to get a browser hijacker removed

I am using windows and it has a browser hijacker. I know this since pretty much every time I try to open website it redirects me or a popup shows up. I looked at my browser setting and  it says " Your browser is managed by your organization" which this laptop is a personal device that I got from the store years ago so it shouldn't say that. If I check my extension there is something that says "Apps" but I can't remove that as that organization thing won't let me turn it off or remove it.  I had to even open this website on chrome since it doesn't let me do anything on windows. I have Total Protection version on my laptop but it doesn't detect anything. I need help in trying to fix this with out having to wipe or factory reset my laptop and I don't know how to fix this . Photo of issue.png

Bottomline is there is a browser hijacker on my Microsoft edge and I can't remove it because of it being "manage by a organization" and the Total Protection McAfee  is not resolving it.
