Want to remove McAfee Vaults file

Hi, I've been searching all over the internet for a solution to this and have tried everything, but the file "McAfee Vaults" is in my documents folder and I want to remove it. I have recently uninstalled McAfee, including with the specific McAfee installer, and yet it's still there. I cannot delete this file, even as administrator, in safe mode, or through the command prompt, and as I don't use it and currently am not using McAfee anymore, I want it gone. How do I delete this file?
