Virus message

I just ran a virus scan and it says I have no virus but every time I open chrome I get a message as a pop up that says I have a virus and I am not sure how to stop it.

Re: Virus message

Hello I was trying to address this same issue, it has been happening for months. When I got to the select smart access part I clicked on it but the apply button did not highlight. What can I do next?
