VPN often disconnects.

Why is the VPN so unstable and often disconnects?

The reasons for VPN disconnections are several, including:

  1. Unstable Network Quality: If your internet connection itself is unstable, such as slow speeds or frequent interruptions, then the VPN can also be affected, leading to unstable connections.

  2. VPN Server Overload: When too many users connect to the same VPN server simultaneously, it can lead to server overload, which in turn affects the stability of the connection.

  3. Distant Servers: If the VPN server you choose is far away from you, data transmission might experience delays and packet loss, causing instability in the connection.

  4. VPN Software Issues: Errors or incompatibilities in the VPN client software can also lead to disconnections. This might be due to outdated software or incompatibility with your operating system.

  5. Security Settings Issues: Some network security settings, like firewalls or antivirus software, might block VPN connections.

  6. ISP Restrictions: Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) might restrict or interfere with VPN traffic, especially in countries or regions with strict regulations on VPN usage.

I am certain that it's not the first reason.
