VPN not active



I have enabled the VPN in one of my devices. I want to enable it to all my devices (3 devices). However, I always get the same message saying that I have reached the maximum limit of 5 devices covered by VPN, and I cannot add anymore. How come?

We would like to let you know that under your account you have 1 device McAfee Livesafe subscription which can help you to activate VPN only for one device. If you would like to add for additional devices kindly have a new plan for VPN.

You need to upgrade your plan as there is a limit on how many devices you can connect.
