VPN disconnects constantly

I have contacted McAfee almost daily for the last 10 days and my problem is still not resolved.

More than 10 McAfee agents helped me through the online chat without any success.

The latest is that a manager will email me and that is again an empty promise.

McAfee's support really sucks and after being a client for more than 2 years. I am utterly disappointed with dealing with incompetent agents.

Please help me!!!!
