I have tried this route now at least three time, all i get is a message asking me to enter my account details which i don't have. On receipt of your message i tried the chat again and received the same response. Please can you address this issue.

i've discussed no refund? i do want a refund and to close down any future payment you may choose to take. However, how do you know my account? i don't. and how much refund are you making and to which account?

I received another e mail this morning to commence a chat with Customer service. After signing in and waiting for 30 mins i received no response from McAfee. This over four times i've been in this position.
Very poor service.
McAfee need to repay me at least £180. I'm at a loss to know what to do.
