My subscription did not stack and have ended up with two concurrent subscriptions for the same product. When I contacted support I have had emails back from them saying they are awaiting my response to the service request...but there is no way for me to view any service request. When I go to contact support regarding an existing request the only options are to add a comment but I still cannot see any part of the request, other than the number. Any ideas?

I shouldn't need to call and pay for international telephone calls just to view a service request. The emails I have received say the request will be closed if I do not reply, yet I can't see what I am meant to be replying to.
