The company auto-renewed my subscription without my consent 30 days before the expiry date. I have tried to look up on the website and find a way to apply for a refund. Feeling so surprised that a technology firm in 21st century only allows customer to apply for refund by calling the customer services hotline to apply for a refund. As i am located overseas and didnt provide any solution for overseas customers, how do i suppose to the CS hotline in US? Please arrange the refund as soon as possible, definitely will not choose this brand in the future.
