Unable to open All Access 2012- need to reactivate Site Advisor

I accidentally deactivated Site advisor and would like to reactivate it. problem is that i everytime i try to open All Access 2012, nothing happens, no blank screen or anything. I'm kind of technologically challenged so i might not be trying everything, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running windows 7 on a samsung notebook

thanks in advance, Dylan

Three choices assuming I understand what you are saying ie that the Graphics interface for Mcafee all access does not popup at all.

1. Run MVT the virtual technician and see if it can fix it

http://service.mcafee.com/MVT.aspx?MVT=1&&lc=1033&sg=TS&pt=1

2. Uninstall macfee following

reboot and run

http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/Mcpreinstall.exe

reinstall from your account

3. If still an issue contact support the advice is free.
