Unable to delete Potentially unwanted programs

Hello, McAfee all access -total protection has detected a potentially unwanted program (PUP) on my labtop but the status of the scan shows that McAfee is "unable to delete". Does anyone know how I can delete this PUP if McAfee can't delete it?

On call to the techs for our weekly call will ask. I assume try deleting in safe mode but will ask

Any suggestions? By the way, the "Best Coupons" popup on the McAfee website is seriously irritating. It keeps popping up repeatedly covering the screen and forcing one to close it. Makes visiting the McAfee website a very annoying experience.

What version of the program 15.1.r2? 14.10.r13

Can you manually delete the file?

You can call support and ask to have free removal of it using McAfee's pledge that they will remove malware free if you are a current subscriber with auto renewal on.
