Trying hard to get refund but keep getting run-a-round

Mcaffe charged me twice (on 2 different cards) for my yearly subscription.   I definitely want to keep one.  The other one I want a refund for.  I was told on April 4th that I would have it within 5 days.  No refund.  I called again and was assured that I would get a refund but would have to wait.  I was given several conflicting reasons as to why I hadn't gotten it yet.  Please please help me get my refund.
