Total Protection Firewall not Displaying all options Block

I set the firewall to prompt me when any new program want access to the internet.  The popup has allow always m once or outgoing and block.  The new GUI pop up is missing block. and allow outgoing is only half. this is on all five pc/laptops running windows 7. this requires you to allow then go into firewall setting and then block. I dont see how to fix this window.

It seems that this issue has been brought up before,and it had something to do with the resolution/setting/mode. For the sake of me I cannot recall what setting it was. Hopefully one of my colleagues will pick up this thread and chime in.

In other words the Fonts were too large for the tile.

Do you have the Recommended resolution setting for Windows 7 selected?

Note: In the instance I am referring to,it was in regards to Windows 10,and I think it was 'Portrait Mode'

Unsure myself CD the idea is run at resolution of the monitor and not lower and not in magnified mode oe tect 1.25 noramal. Good idea to add this to Mondays agenda call for we mods so we can recheck.

I am running at max resolution and i am not running bigger font or great than normal resolution.  I have all 5 computers  2 desktop and 3 laptops doing the same thing thing.  If they would at least put scroll bars in there that would at least help.
