Suspicious "My Network Connections" in McAfee?

A friend reached out to me with a question and I've been searching everywhere for information, but I'm just not a computer savvy person. I created a reddit account since it looks like this place might have some ideas or information I can share with them. Here is what they asked:

"I recently bought a Lenovo Legion 5i and I successfully downloaded two games I bought on gog.com and played them. When I went to download a third, McAfee, which came with the computer for a trial period, blocked it. I went in to McAfee to remedy the issue and ended up under “My Network Connections” https://routerlogin.uno/ where there are five rows of ISP ranges listed, each labeled as “home” and “wired.” I’ve only ever connected to my Wi-Fi, so I was wondering what is going on there and if I should be concerned."

Hopefully this is the right space to ask this kind of thing.
